Akumaa Mama Zimbi, also known professionally as Dr. Joyce Akumaa Dongotey-Padi, is a Ghanaian television and radio broadcast journalist, women's rights activist, blogger, marriage counselor, and an actress in Ghana. Akumaa is known for her fascinating, yet sexually stimulating, ways of expressing "Medaase". She is also known known for her huge style of doing her hair scarf.
In Ghana, most women are usually judged by the way, she dresses and the type of dresses, she wears, so most people especially prefer women, who dress well.
Today in an interview on JoyFm’s Strong and Sassy show, hosted by Animwaa Anim- Addo, Mama Zimbi said that, sometimes, some parents are something else because their male children will explain everything about their partners but the parent will say that, they don’t like her dressing.
She went on to say that, dressing is not marriage, so parents should focus on the minds and hearts of the woman before passing Jon judgments.
