Radio broadcaster Okyeame Quophi has praised Lynx Entertainment signee Kidi for showing maturity after loosing to Dina Hamilton as the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards artiste of the year. The radio presenter said Kidi is an intelligent artiste because he has been able to congratulate Dina Antwi Hamilton as the artiste of the year which is difficult for most artiste after the awards. He said he is surprised the Lynx entertainment signee (Kidi) didn’t take issues personal with Dina Hamilton but has rather taken things easy and still granting interviews. Okyeame Quophi said this on his show ‘Angel Drive Time’ on Angel102.9Fm. Quophi Okyeame also stated that, this year’s edition of VGMA was a bit dull because most of the audience and artiste were seen sitting when performance were going on however he attributed everything to Covid-19. He believe COVID-19 protocol were to be observed hence the full moment at the event.
