Bandana was his stage name before switching to Shatta Wale when he decided to rebrand himself in the music industry. The reggae/dance hall artiste started climbing high to the top when he released his music titled “Dance hall king” in 2014 which led him to win the artiste of the year in 2014 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Charles Nii Armah as he is legally known has a strong fan base who supports him in everything he does. Some of his fans are willing to even lay down their lives for him just because of the immense love they have developed for him because of his good music. The famous dance hall musicians has seen all the efforts his fans has thrown behind him and decided to accord them with gratitude.
He took to his Twitter page and twittered that everything about him is my fans and the favor of God almighty. Among all the musicians in Ghana who are popular, Shatta Wale seems to be an extraordinary musician who knows what he truly wants in the music industry and goes straight for it.
