"Sometimes people abroad pose by other people's automobiles to take a picture and advertise it on social media, but they're only putting pressure on themselves," he said to Amansan Krakye.
"I have a friend in Canada who is from Ghana. He requested that I take a picture of him while we went shopping after our recent meeting in Washington.
When asked what he would do with the photos, he remarked on the Kastle Entertainment Show, "He wanted to take a photograph whenever he spotted a nice car. Such social media posting will only put pressure on him.
Such social media posts by Ghanaians abroad, according to Jay Baba, who won "US-Based Afro Pop Song of the Year" at the 2021 Ghana Music Awards U.S.A., provide weight to those who do so to brag.
He remarked on Cape Coast's Kastle FM, "Your friends and relatives would examine these images and assume all is well, but when they ask for money you might not be able to offer it or even pay your own bills."
