Rose Akua Attaa Mensah (born in 1963) is a Ghanaian actress popularly known in showbiz as "Kyeiwaa".
She has appeared in many Ghanaian movies including "Kyeiwaa", “Akonoba”, “Cross Road”, “Abebrese” and many more. Some Ghanaians believe that she is a witch given the way she fitted perfectly in a witch role she played in the popular movie,"Kyeiwaa".
Rose Mensah's Family:
Her father is called Nana Appiah Kubi. Rose is a mother to two lovely daughters. Rose Akua Attaa is a single parent of two girls. Her controversial marriage at the age of 52 in 2015, broke down four days after she got married.
After the scandalous first marriage, the actress married again. She exchanged vows with Michael Kissi Asare in a simple wedding that took place in Massachusetts.
She won the award for ‘Best Actress In Supporting Role (Local Language) on December 25, 2011 at the second edition of the Ghana Movie Awards and many more awards.
Over the past decades, actress Kyeiwaa has had a successful career in the entertainment industry. After staring in numerous local films, she has become a household name and gained global recognition.
