Shouldn’t Kwaw Kese Be Sued for Doing This to Yaw Tog?

Ghana is a country with enviable constitutional laws. Although the country has a track record of not applying the laws of the country perfectly, the case of Akuapem Poloo stands an exception.

By this, I wish to enquire if indeed the same rod will be used to reprimand an offence in equal or similar taste (nudity). Just recently, there is a new video making rounds about the Senior High School undergraduate Yaw Tog and Ghana’s creative rapper Kwaw Kese.

In the video, the under-aged Yaw Tog is exposed to scenes of ladies who are half-naked. Some wore attires but the body contours were not pleasant at all. This act is tantamount to exposing the young lad to an act he was not fit for.

In fact, the degree of the offence is such that, many at home who are young and might have Yaw Tog as their mentor might try to emulate the same scene and that will be devastating for the nation.

Kwaw Kese has recently been staying abroad only to come and spoil our young innocent lad. So, I ask a simple question:

Shouldn’t Kwaw Kese be sued or reprimanded for exposing the underage to such scenes?
