Yesterday, October 16, 2021, was Saturday and it was time for another exciting and thrilling late program on UTV- United Showbiz. This show is well accepted and many Ghanaians love it. It is the only show that can guarantee 2k views on Facebook live at 10-11GMT. Yesterday was another entertaining show as Joyce Blessing, Brother Sammy and the serial quests were present. The serial quests are BullGad, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo and Kwame A-Plus.
Joyce Blessing was wearing two rings on her digitus medicinalis (ring finger). And according to our customs, when someone is wearing two rings on her ring finger, it means the person has successfully done her engagement and white wedding. So, Abieku, the host of the show, enquired if that is the case for Joyce Blessing. Well, Joyce decided not to go further with her answer. She didn’t feel comfortable about the matter.
Abieku Santana decided to probe more but Kwame A-Plus and Arnold Asamoah jumped to the defence of Joyce Blessing. They didn’t see the need for Abieku to put his innocent guest on the spot. Besides, the show was not intended to resolve marital problems, neither was it tabled to discuss Joyce Blessing’s divorce and ring issues. Some Ghanaians have directed their anger at Abeiku for being unprofessional. He shouldn't ridicule people on his show.
This defence by both Kwame A-Plus and Arnold has won the hearts of many Ghanaians and they just can’t hide their joy but share them on social media for the world to know. Check out some of the comments from Ghanaians;
