17-year-old multi-talented media personality, Nafisa Ibrahim, has been adjudged Youth Female Radio Personality of the year 2021.
Currently a co-host on the Amoawisi show on Opemsuo Radio, Nafisa managed to emerge with Ebiamo Radio’s Miss Bruna Franka as final nominees after several others were screened.
She snatched the award from her contender from the Central Region.
She started her Media Broadcast Training at Mmofra Media School (Mmofra Headquaters) at age 10 when she was in JHS 1 at Bekwai Presby JHS. She has seen action with: Kids show at Dess 90.3fm; Adom TV (Mmofra Mmere); Adom FM; and, Ultimate FM.
Their awards honor general excellence, engaged journalism, data journalism, visual digital storytelling, investigative journalism, public service, technical innovation and climate change reporting.
She is a final year student at the Bekwai Adventist Senior High School in the Ashanti Region and also the girls’ prefect of the day students.
