Martin King-Arthur aka Kofi Kinnaata has the bragging right and the award as four times song writer of the year in the Vodafone Ghana Music awards. He has announced that no artiste in Ghana can break his record as the song writer of the year. Kofi Kinaata said this in an interview with Graphic Showbiz monitored by silasnewsgh.com. Kofi said a lot of work goes in how he write his songs, from the thinking to the kind of words he put together. He stated that his hard work is paying today and he is very proud of himself and his works. Kofi is well known for the writing of controversial songs and songs relating to social issues in the society. 
“No artiste can break the record I have set winning song writer of the year four times. It takes a talented artiste to do this and I have done it. When I won for the third time I challenged myself to win again and I have done it” Kofi Kinaata stated it.
