Music has come a long way from highlife to the introduction of hiplife, dance songs, Afro mix, Reggae and now Dancehall all over in the country.Highlife has been the preferred music genre for many years even up till today until the introduction of Hiplife and others.Different musicians prefer to use different style know as modern genre originating in the highlife music.But at a point in the country’s history, there is a single musician who stands out as the greatest and most sort-after. Daddy Lumba is a Ghanaian musician. Lumba was born Charles Kwadwo Fosu in a village called Nsuta Amangoase in the Sekyere Central District, near Mampong in the Ashanti Region. He is widely regarded as the greatest Ghanaian musician of all time.Charles Kojo Fosu is a multiple award-winning Ghanaian musician with a career spanning three decades.In the late 1990s, Daddy Lumba was the most-sort after musician. He played all the gigs and got all the riches every musician could imagine.
