The CEO of Menzgold Nana Appiah Mensah, simply abreviated as (NAM1) who previously was one of the youngest billionaires in Ghana has come out to sent a very strong warning to people who are accusing him and calling for arrest of him.
This was because he started putting an interest on his customers who deposited gold in his company, the interest was 10% so any Ghanaian made up his or her mind to deposit goods in his bank because of more interest rate.
Nam1 signed some of the Ghana musicians like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy,Becca,Obibini,Kumi Guitar and many upcoming and underground artists.
It came to a point whereby the government noticed that Nana Appiah Mensah was a fraudulent so all that he has established must retrieved.
Therefore the government took him to Court to explain his source of this company but Nam1 was speechless, the government told him to return all the money to his customers.
Just recently, one of the social media influencer and actress Akuapem Poloo exposed a nude picture with her son on social media but according to Child Right Organization Judicial said what Akuapem Poloo did was wrong and must to apologised.
Unfortunately Akuapem Poloo was sentenced to jail for three months due to her nude picture.
Ghanaian are saying Nam1 should rather go to jail because what he did was very b*d and he has to be jailed.
This was the case that brought anger Nam1 out and given warning to everyone that if you has the power on your own come and arrest me I'm free to be arrested.
The question is Nana Appiah Mensah was right to say this or not?
