We have many rappers in Ghanaian who has been able to remain active for a long time in our entertainment space the likes of Sarkodie, Edem, Yaa Pono, El, Okyeame Kwame just to mention a few, they have been around for more than 20 years now. 

We also have the new faces the likes of Medikal, Strongman, Teephlow, Amerado, Lyrical joe who have also been doing great and has been in the scene for a couple of years now.

Samuel Adu Frimpong who is popularly known as Medikal is a Ghanaian hip hop, hip life rapper, actor and an entrepreneur.

Medikal mother is known as Portia Lamptey and his father Mr. James Frimpong in Sowutuom, a suburb in Accra.

Medical comes from sowutuom, a town in the suburb of Accra the main capital city of the country.

He has made a name for himself in the music industry through hard work and his numerous collaborations with the likes of Sarkodie, Omar Sterling, Ypee, Chris Waddle, Kofi Mole, Joel bee, and so on.

He has release four albums so far.

Sameul Edu Frimpong is married to Precious Fella Makafui and they have a daugther together call Island.

He is very active on social media especially twitter and often relate with his fans and followers through the meduim.
