He was a DJ at Happy FM in Accra and the host of the 'Ayekoo' after Drive broadcast. On his show, he interviewed Fantana, a female artiste, who became emotional when asked about her father.
He allegedly wanted to focus on artists who were relatively unknown in Ghana. His program offered listeners songs that were hand-picked and went on to become classics, despite the fact that music fans were not fans of the songs. On his show, he was known for supporting Ghanaian artists.
