The Circuit Court in Accra managed by Her Honour Christiana Cann has given a harsh admonition to attorneys of Actress Rosemond Brown over the way they are approaching the situation. 

In court on Friday, when the case was called, the legal advisor of the blamed individual kept in touch with the court requesting the case to be deferred to May 4 for the Case Management Conference to be held. 

The motivation behind the CMC is to recognize the fundamental issues in the case and to stay away from superfluous, oppressive or duplicative revelation and other pretrial strategies over the span of planning for preliminary of those issues. 

Yet, the court said, that date was too long and rather suspended the case until April 6. 

The sitting appointed authority said "We are not kidding here so tell your legal counsellor" to communicate her disappointment of the circumstance and requested that the blamed educate her attorney about it. 

Entertainer Rosemond Alade Brown famously known as Akuapem Polo has been accused of distribution of bare pictures with her seven-year-old child. 

Court Correspondent Murtala Inusah, reports that Akuapem Polo was available in court when the case was called however her legal counsellor was missing. 


The frank entertainer is dealing with three indictments of distribution of disgusting materials, taking part in abusive behaviour at home, a direct that in any capacity sabotages someone else's protection or trustworthiness and participating in aggressive behaviour at home specifically lead that in any capacity degrades or is probably going to reduce someone else's pride and worth as an individual. 

Rosemond, who had shown her stripped picture with her child via web-based media on June 30, 2020 argued not liable to every one of the charges. 

GHc100k bail

The Circuit Court anyway conceded her to bail in the amount of GHc100,000 with four guarantees. 

Two of the guarantees are to be defended with landed property worth same sum.
