After the commercially successful album, golden boy, the golden boy, Lord Kidi who celebrated his birthday a few days ago is set to release a new EP titled 4play.
The 4play EP will contain 4 songs and while the song list has not been released yet, Kidi announced with excitement that on Twitter that "it's that time again! EP szn! 4 notes 4 songs #4playEp coming soon"

It is unclear if his 2022 single blessings will be on the EP, however, the title of the EP may suggest that we are in for a hot ride.
What is clear is that Kidi is staying with his well established formula of releasing an EP the year after releasing a successful album.
In 2019, Kidi released the his first album sugar which was widely successful, followed by the 2020 smash hit EP blue. If this trend is anything to go by, we should expect an album from Kidi in 2023.
