Mohammed Ismail who is popularly known in the music industry as black Sheriff has been crowned a chieftaincy title in Tamale for his support for the locality. He has been crowned Nachin Naa of Tamale by the traditional rulers in the Northern region for his exploits in the music industry.
The “Youth Chief” title was bestowed on him on 10th October, 2022. The solemn coronation was held in honor of the rapper in Dapkama Palace in Tamale witnessed Blacko being adorned in a rich Northern smock and fit matching headwear for royalty.
The rapper has been outstanding in recent days, his 14th track album has top charts and received feedbacks from music lovers.
He is currently on a tour in Tamale as part of promotion of his maiden album “The villain I never was” which was released on 6th October 2022.
He hopes to be of great benefits for his community as a youth chief
