A veteran actor by the name of "WAAKYE" is reported to have joined his ancestors in the afterworld at the age of fifty-two (52). Mr. Prince Yawson, who was known in many Ghanaian households as waakye, was reported today by Bob Smith Jnr(Diaboloman). The deceased is said to have kicked the bucket in the 37th military hospital. The immediate cause of his admission that led to his demise in that hospital located in Accra is not yet known to the general public.
But in October 2020, Mr. Prince Yawson himself came out to the public to confirm that he had been brought down by a stroke, but by the grace of God the almighty and with the help of some doctors and loved ones, he was fine.
The man after the fall of the local movie industry and his bow from it was later seen in pictures of him wearing a graduation robe after his completion of his bible study course in one of the bible schools in Accra.
