This year’s edition of Ghana’s Most Beautiful was one of a kind. The final six ladies put up a very tough competition and one was almost convinced there were going to be six crowns instead of the usual one because the ladies were completely exceptional. Last night saw the ladies perform dramatic, yet very emotional scenes and one of the performances that went as far as affecting the judges was Mfodwo’s.Many were left in wonder, mixed emotions and some admiration for her bold confession no one was expecting. To have come this far in life, Bono's representative Mfodwo deserves a pat on the back and an a loud applause even with the circumstances surrounding her of she being an orphan, she has accomplished many feats including having come so far in the competition.
The prediction by many that Mfodwo would be sidelined even with her excellent performance, seems to have come true. Even with her heartbreaking and emotional performance and brilliant question and answer session, unfortunately she was placed at the 6th position.
Although she didn’t make it as far as her other colleagues, her performance moved many to tears and touched hearts and it has moved many to share in her vision of the Mfodwo Hope City Foundation, with the aim of helping the many orphans we encounter and come across on a daily but for some reason, cannot extend a helping hand to them. For being able to carry out her presentation without breaking down has won her admiration from several of her fans and they want her to know that with or without being crowned as queen, she's queen already.
