Finally, the secret why Ewe people or the people living in the Volta Region are called number 9 is out. Ewes are the second largest ethnic group in Ghana with a population of 6.1 million. In Togo, they have a population of 3.1 million.

According to a post made by a popular Ghanaian on Twitter Kafui Dey, this is how they got the number 9 title and not the other way people thinks.
