Dressing is very paramount in Africa and Christianity. When it comes to church, believe and doing God's work, those on the frontlines always ministering are expected to be holy and not to sin.
Dressing also is said to define who one is.
She is born to Fanti parents,Mr. and Mrs. Amoah from Abakrapa and Elmina respectively.
The trained teacher from Asokore S.D.A Teachers Training College released her first album as a Gospel Artist in November 2004,entitled 'Adamfo Papa' which enjoyed massive airplay and brought her to the limelight as well.
In 2007,she released her second album 'Edin Jesus' which she sold over 800,000 copies within six months. This tells she was indeed loved but in Ghana, fans do not care whether or not you are loved, you will receive backlashes if you do what they think is contrary to your work or career.
On Instagram today, her friend and sister Gloria Sarfo who calls her Ghana's Angel on earth posted the musicians photo and asked Ghanaians to follow her on Instagram.
Whiles others hailed her for looking beautiful, an account noted as @truthhurts 12342020,commented saying her skirt isn't good and as a Gospel Musician, she is not supposed to dress like that.
Gloria on the other hand thinks Ohemaa Mercy is a human being therefore is not holy so there is nothing wrong with her dressing.
Replying @truthhurts2020,she said "God is the only holy true one."
What do you think? Was she supposed to reply him,or truthhurts was right about his comment.
