Mercy Aigbe is a Nigerian actress, fashionista, model, and businesswoman. She was born on 1 January in the Edo State in Nigeria, and widely known for her Yoruba native movies. She is an alumnus of St. Francis Primary School and Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School, Ikeja, Lagos. She obtained a degree in Theatre Arts in 2001, from the University of Lagos.
Starring in a popular TV drama series “Papa Ajasco” gave birth to her career in the movie industry. Through her unique acting skill, hardwork and determination, she was featured in numerous movies namely; Igberaga, ihamo, Mafisere, Oju ife, Omoge Osas, Ile Oko Mii, Victims, The Screenplay, Little Drops of Happy, 200 Million, Second Acts, and many more.
She is also well known for her exceptional elegance type of dressing. At the 2016 Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards, her dress earned her great cheer from fashion stakeholders and trended on social media even after the ceremony.
