Eloquent Songstress from Funsi in the Upper West Region, Noella Wiyaala managed by Djimba World Records has had her names slated on a memorable street in her hometown, Funsi located in Wa East District of Upper West Region.
A street in Funsi of the Wa East District has been dedicates to the Lioness of Africa for Uplifting the Name of the Community.
The Sissala goddess expressed her gratitude to the Community by assuring them of her support. She has started building a theatre in Funsi to spice up music and its practice in her hometown.
Wiyaala has released songs including Leno, We are Going [Woyaya cover], Mwinibahibu featuring Imoru Ayaana, Soon and Moon etc.
She has won several awards including female vocalist of the year. She also performed at the Queen of England's (Queen Elizabeth II) Birthday some time ago. Noella Wiyaala has supported some Wa based artistes including Milikayooma by featuring them in songs.
