Top 10 most streamed action movies on Netflix

Netflix was first founded in August of 1997 by two serial entrepreneurs Marc Randolph and Reed Hastings. The company started out in Scotts Valley, California and has grown to become the world's leading internet entertainment platform. When it first opened, Netflix was purely a website-based movie rental service.

Since its founding in 1997, Netflix has been widely recognized as the premium distribution-to-consumer channel for video services. However, Netflix did not launch its streaming service until 2007 and instead operated in direct competition with Blockbuster's rental services.

In the early days of Netflix, subscribers used the streaming service to binge-watch shows like Breaking Bad, which they'd missed when they were first broadcast. But as the company grew larger, it became even better known for making high quality content of its own.

Netflix offers three streaming plans: Basic, Standard, and Premium, starting at $9 per month and ending at $16 per month. Here's what you get with each plan. Basic. The Basic streaming plan costs $8.99 per month and has the most limited features.

Below are some top action movies streamed most on Netflix
