This year's VGMA has had its own controversies like any other VGMA that has been held.
The usual disappointment by nominees who fail to win any award on the night, the social media trolling of celebrities whose wardrobe malfunctioned and the hard criticism by some fans after the show is not one to be missed.
The debate about who should have won the artiste of the year also lingers on days after the show. All these and more, make the VGMA one of the biggest award ceremony in the country.
This year's, like last year's, had the program hosted over two days, with awards being awarded on each day of the program, and the likes of Richie Mensah, MzVee, Kofi Kinaata, Yaw Tog and Adina took home awards, with Diana Hamilton crowning the show with Artiste of the year awards.
The show was attended most celebrated personalities in the country, including the fans favorite Nana Ama McBrown.
She graced the occasion on Friday with a splendid Balck outfit, which her fans couldn't help, but shower her with praises and admiration.
Before she stepped out for the show, she sent her fans a glimpse of her dress in a video, which showcased all the possible angles of her dress an it looked splendid.
The pictures below can speak to the fact.
