Joseph Baena is is slowly entering into the shoes of his father Arnold Schwarzenegger as a body builder and this time an actor.
In his recent Instagram post on 16 May 2021, Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s (Joseph Baena) posted some photos of himself on the set of his first movie; ‘Bully High’ (which just wrapped filming), and captioned: "Having a great time on the set of 'Bully High, finally know what it's like to be a private school kid".
In the upcoming independent movie-‘Bully High’, Joseph played the role of "school president". The story centers on a Muslim high school student, who is bullied for wearing a Hijab. The ‘Bully High’ story is about teens Maryam Ali, a Pakistani exchange student, and Nicole White, a Christian Lesbian, face bigotry from school officials, other students and family.
The director/writer Bill McAdams Jr., in an interview explained that the ‘Bully High’ story is about acceptance and not judging people. According to him, “My movies end up being diverse, all of them. I'm drawn to these stories that are interesting and sad in a way, just bringing cultures together is interesting for me”.
Baena is a body builder, an athlete, a trainer, actor and an Instagram star. He made his first movie appearance in Terminator 2: ‘Bad to the Bone ‘which was released in the year 2016.
The movie is expected to be released later this year.
