Someone is impersonating me and selling my photos to people on social media - Lady
Ghanaian socialite, Joyce Addo has warned her followers and fans to beware of some unscrupulous persons using her name and pictures to defraud people.
Speaking on SVTV Africa, Joyce revealed that she had to change her social media handles because people confused her real account with the fake one created by this person.
“They are using my pictures and selling them to people abroad. Whenever I post a photo on my page, they pick it up and post it on the fake account too. So people think it's the real one. My handle is ‘herexcellencyaj’ and it has over 100k followers,” she said.
According to Joyce, most of these people sell her photos to foreigners without “my permission so if I don't post, then it means they don't eat. I'm feeding them.”
Joyce added that due to this, she is unable to use Busty GH until the fake account has been blocked. She also cautioned her fans to not fall victim to such scams.
