The term "underground music" can be taken to denote those practices perceived as outside, or somehow opposed to, mainstream popular music culture. Underground music is intimately tied to popular music culture as a whole, so there are important tensions within underground music because it appears to both assimilate and resist the forms and processes of popular music culture.

Israel Atta also Know as Zyghote is young man who loves to sing and rap. Zyghote was born in Niger but later came to settled in Ghana few years ago with his parent and brothers.

Israel is 20 years of age, he attended Presbyterian school at Ashaiman and completed in the year 2017. He later extended his education to Tema Methodist Day Senior High School and completed 2020.

He started his music at the age of 10 in Ashaiman when he was still in primary school. Israel had the passion of becoming a singer at his early age because he felt he could make it through music.

He later got the chance to work with PaPa's Pizza as a pizza chef. His song can be found on Audiomack and other platforms.
