Jackline Acheampong whose stage name is Gyakie is an Afrobeats and afropop singer who is loved and cherished by many. She has created a niche for herself in the Ghanaian music industry which has triggered many Ghanaians into throwing their weight behind her. Her throwback photo shows her in an SHS attire, that’s T. I. Amhadiyya SHS. Many people believe that she looked pretty in her teen age and she has been able to keep her beauty till date. Many people have said that, she is making strands in her music career because of her dad. Her father is the legendary Nana Acheampong. She has come out to debunk the assertion that, she is making her own music and her dad does not have a hand in her music endeavors.
Her debut single which shot her to fame was titled, “forever”. Her music was even tweeted by the First Lady of the land, that’s, Rebecca Akuffo. She has since released many songs to her credit. She has also won awards and also many recognition in Ghana and outside Ghana. She is currently a student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has also featured many prominent musicians including the Nigerian singer, Omar Lay and many more. She is signed unto the record label called Flip the Music.
