Kwame Appiah, popularly known by his showbiz name Kwame Mickey of Kaakyire Music Production, has praised Patapaa, calling his latest single with Wendy Shay a "beautiful masterpiece." This is the first time, he claims, that the one-corner hit maker has released a sensible song.
He told Fiifi Pratt of Kingdom Plus 101.9FM in Accra on his Afro Joint show that he had listened to Patapaa's music and that his new song is the greatest so far.
Patapaa, he said, had listened to criticism and was now releasing good tunes that would stay forever.
Kwame Mickey is a seasoned music and film producer who discovered his interest for music production in 1993, when his brother began recording as a commercial artist. Kwame enjoys what he does and has collaborated with about 40 musicians such as Charlie Pee, Dr. Paa Bobo, Uncle Atto, , Bishop Michael Osei Bonsu, Amakye Dede, Terry BonChaka and many notable names on 75 albums.
