Radio personality cum reggae artiste Abubakar Ahmed known in showbiz as Blakk Rasta said 77 year old man Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo is tired but he is still in office and he is retiring younger once from office.
Blakk Rasta said this to Kofi Oppong Asamoah on Class morning show on Monday 29th March 2021. “Who has more sleeping limbs than the sleeping president Nana Akufo Addo? He is a president who sleeps unprovoked. They are afraid to tell the president you are tired, Mr. President. At 77 years you are retiring people who are 18 and 19 years and juniors. I mean you look at Ghana and ask are we going forward or not”
The president recently ask the auditor general to go home because he is 60 years and that is the retirement age according to the constitution.
The president later asked Mr. Kofi Osei Ameyaw, the Director General Of National Lottery Authority to also proceed on retirement. These and other matters caused the reggae artiste to conclude the president is retiring people who are younger than him.
