Meet Obaapa Christy The Beautiful Ghanaian Gospel Singer (Photos)

Obaapa Christy is a beautiful Ghanaian Gospel singer who has been in the music industry for a long time. She was born in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, in a family of 9 siblings, and she was formerly known as Christiana Love, because she was previously married to Pastor Love but they however divorced, and she later got married to Nana Yaw Franke. Obaapa Christy won the award of Gospel Artist of the Year and Song of the Year Awards during the 2007 edition of Ghana Music Awards. In 2008, she was recognized with a National honor by John Kufuor.

Obaapa Christy started music with "The Hallelujah Voices", a vibrant music group in Kumasi until she was approached by Osuani Afrifa., a famous Gospel Musician. Obaapa Christy released her first album in 2002. The Gospel singer has released several songs including Hyebre Sesafo, W' agye Me, W' asue Me, Wa Ye Wie, Mawon Nsane, Destiny changer, and many others. She is a naturally beautiful woman inside out.
