My Biggest Paycheck Came from UTV: Arnold the Humble Entertainment Critic Declares

For many, the actual career of Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo wasn’t clear. Because he on numerous occasions declared that he is not a blogger and doesn’t work for any entertainment firm in that pursuit. However, he is an entertainment Critic and he has worked with some media firms like P&P Newspaper, Weekly Filla, The Punch and Razz Newspaper.

Arnold was interviewed by Delay and he was asked about the cost of his Nike kicks if they were indeed 2.50p as told by the controversial Shatta Wale. He told Delay that even “Alewa” is not 2.50p so it is just false. Besides, he works at Kotoka International Airport at the Safety Regulation Department and the Personnel Licensing Office. He earns more than GHS10,000.

The humble Arnold was asked by Delay how he earns with his "Entertainment Critic" work in the media. He told her that he earns not much, however, his biggest paycheck came from UTV as a pundit. I guess the Saturday evenings at Nana Ama’s UTV Showbiz is no joke at all. But he deserves it. He has a constructive and intelligent way of approaching issues. He doesn’t care who you’re or your brand, he will speak the truth to you.

Although some Ghanaians may tag him to be “Too known,” his salary and the recent revelation of pay from UTV shows how level headed and humble he is. He doesn’t show off and/or pride in luxury. He is calm and always keeps his composer, even as Shatta Wale attacked him personally.
