These are the only two (2) countries in Africa to host Family Feud with Ghana inclusive.

Family Feud is a widely popular international (American) television game show created by Mark Goodson where two families compete to name the most popular responses to survey questions in order to win cash and prizes.

Family Feud has been a beloved part of people’s lives, from generation to generation. On air since 1976, it has generated adaptations in over 50 international markets. Currently only two (2) countries hosts Family Feud in Africa, that's Ghana and South Africa.

The Ghanaian version is produced and broadcast on TV3 Ghana, also with Steve Harvey at the helm. Australian rules are used (four players per family) with only four rounds (double points in round three and triple points in round four, and the family leading after four rounds plays Fast Money for $5,000. Both families earn $5 per point and a Fast Money loss awards $15 per point.

Steve Harvey has been hosting the American version of Family Feud with enormous success since 2010. The show has seen exponential ratings increases under Harvey, and he is on track to become the longest-serving host in Family Feud history.
