I'm gone, depression took me away; not something else - Mensah

It appears Joyce Mensah has reached the end of the road as she revealed, she is battling a life-threatening depression.

The former AIDS Ambassador, who is currently exile in Germany made this known in a statement on Facebook this evening.

In her statement, she revealed she is not a happy woman despite trying hard to live a life.

According to her, nobody understands her while at the same time, seeking answers on whether she can survive the ordeal.

Joyce Mensah who has been living with HIV for the past 20 years insisted depression instead of HIV/AIDS should be blamed if she is dead.

In her concluding remarks, she provided her motivation.

I am really forcing but it doesn't seem to be ok yet. When the music is playing, I seem to be Okay but the moment I stop listening or dancing my situation worsens.

I know you guys will not understand me. Are you guys sure I will make it? When I'm gone, remember depression took me away but not something else.

Remember my words. I came with a clean heart and I decided to go with a clean heart.

Meanwhile, her fans react urging to remember God.

Going will mean going away with the happiness of others. Remember some people are still alive because of your videos and kind words. No matter the situation, please know that others' happiness, hope, and lives are dependent on you. Whatever it is, you will be fine and strong. Shalom

This has always been my prayer, heavenly father, set the captive free, mend the brokenhearted, heal them that are sick, and lose your people from the spirit of depressing.

There's no human being on earth who doesn't go through depression or is not afflicted in one way or the other.

We have all remain silent not because we do not have problems but because we put our trust in God.

If we all intend to open the chapters of our problems it will surprise you.

Your problem is not bigger than God. He is the God that maketh all things possible.
