Stonebwoy is the only Ghanaian artist who has been able to gain one million views on YouTube on his latest song blessing. His Fanbase is not hardcore but his good works always out him on.
Stonebwoy released his second single of the year dubbed “Blessing” featuring Vicky Mensah yesterday.
The song has since been able to amass an enormous and mind blowing views in less than 24 hours, it has reached 1M views, beating the previous record held by Yaw Tog who achieved the same feat in 3 days with his “Sore Remix” which featured Stormzy and Kwesi Arthur. but many argue that when Yaw Tog & Gyakie who are new artistes got 1M+ views in 3 days it was hard work but when a BET winner such as Stonebwoy gets 1M+ in 3 days he’s buying views.
Critics have been spotted saying the views are not organic since the song is not trending in the top first trends on YouTube, regardless of whatever, Stonebwoy has achieved a high target and set a Ghana record.
Come to think of it: Stonebwoy didn't announce the release of this video. He didn't do any stupid controversies. He hasn't tweeted the link to the video yet. The video is on the verge to become the fastest video to clock 1million on YouTube by a Ghanaian. It's just a Blessing
Hopefully, we have a new record soon but until then, congrats to Stonebwoy for this.
