The very observant social media users must have noticed by now that ‘body enhancement surgeries and plastic surgeries’ are gradually becoming the order of the day, especially in the entertainment industry.
The two most common types of body enhancement surgeries that celebrities perform today are liposuction and fat transfer. Plastic surgery is the first, while cosmetic surgery is the second. It is common for people to use the two terms interchangeably, however this is not technically valid.
Body flaws resulting from birth problems, trauma, burns and sickness can be repaired by plastic surgery. It is the goal of plastic surgery to fix the body's malfunctioning parts. You can have your nose or your eyes reshaped with cosmetic surgery or have your face lifted with an eyelid lift.
The Ghanaian actress whilst speaking on a Gh One TV lifestyle show said that she had a plastic surgery called 'Brazilian Butt Lift'. Detailing how it is done, Moesha said it is a fat transplant procedure where fats are sucked from other parts of her body and dumped in her bum.
2) Afia Schwarzenegger
Controversial Ghanaian comedienne, Afia Schwarzenegger has confirmed rumours of undergoing cosmetic surgery.
Speaking on Joselyn Dumas ‘Keeping It Real’ show, she revealed that she went under the knife to fix her baobs and also her belly.
She said, “I had kidney stones and fibroadenoma at the same time so I have two of breasts slashed, I had part of my stomach gone.”
3) Dabota Lawson
The beauty mogul took to her social media page to speak about women going to quacks for their body enhancements. A follower then told her that her bottoms also looked fake but Dabota was quick to disagree with her saying that there is nothing that her body cannot carry.
