Popular controversial Ghanaian legal practitioner, social media influencer and professor, Mr Kwaku Asare Azar has expressed his disappointment in the Accra Circuit Court for sentencing Actress Rosemond Brown to a 90-day jail term over a nude picture with her son. The actress shared this controversial photo few months ago on Instagram to celebrate her son's 7th birthday and it caused a very serious stir online.
According to a recent post of the professional lawyer on Facebook, he doesn't find anything obscene about the picture Akuapem Poloo shared on Instagram. He stated clearly that the picture is very beautiful when evaluated in the context of the caption of the photo.
Here is a screenshot of what the professor said:
"𝙄 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚. 𝙄𝙣 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚."
The professor may or might not be right for saying this about this controversial picture the actress shared on social media, like some Ghanaians will say, this is not part of our culture. Our culture and tradition does not promote immorality.
