Stonebwoy who is a Ghanaian dancehall act, commands a huge space in the entertainment industry. He models many of our youth who aspires to be like him in terms of achievements not necessarily in the field of music but any field of their endeavors, hence his die hard supporters called the BHIM fans.
Such an iconic figure, he has the tendency to influence societal discourse since they are able to reach out to the masses easily and also enjoys the goodwill of the people. Due to this, much is expected from such individual to use their status in the society for positive impact and in the circumstance that he failed to do so, he gets lambasted for that.
One of such persons who has been critical on Stonebwoy is Kelvin Taylor, the CEO of Loud Silence Media, a platform which is devoted for economic and socio political discourse. Some months ago, Mr Kelvin Taylor excoriated Stonebwoy for not adding his voice to the fix the country protest and labeled him as hypocrite for tweeting at End SAR in Nigeria.
Today, Stonebwoy has tweeted about the on going unrest in Ejura and this has earned him praises from Kelvin Taylor during his extended version of his With All Due Respect show today labelling him as someone who listens and takes advice and commends him that his message was with deep maturity.
Mr Kelvin Taylor went on to say that, he will use his platform in anyway he can to promote Stonebwoy because he has shown high level of maturity.
