The Dancehall artist even before the concert received a respectable welcome from the Shatta movement family in Kumasi, his first time in the Ashanti Regional capital since the video shoot of his song "Ahodwo Las Vegas" with featured Kumasi based artist including Kweku Flick, Amerado and King Paluta.
The concert which was dubbed "Taabea Taacum Concert" saw Shatta Wale perform numerous back to back hit songs for hours, giving the fan base something good and worth their time.
Shatta Wale acknowledged that indeed, Kumasi has been a second home for him and has enjoyed every moment of his time in the town.
In an official social media post after the event, Shatta Wale said:
"Thank you Taabea Company Limited
Thank you Kumerica
Thank you Shatta Movement
Let’s do this again.
