Many Ghanaians have taken to their various social media handles to wish each other Happy Independence Day. However, the wishing and celebration were taken a step further. Young beautiful ladies have taken to their handles to show the world where their beauty hails from.
In their tweets which have become a trend on Twitter, they post both their face and the flag which shows their nationality.
In many of the photos, you will notice from the backgrounds that these ladies are overseas. It is probable that they are ladies who may have been relocated to the diaspora and are trying to celebrate their roots.
The message from these ladies is a simple one, they are preaching for unity, love, trust, and respect between ourselves. They are also trying to celebrate their roots and show the world the beautiful products that Ghana has borne.
