Ghanaian comedy personality, Benson Oduro Boateng known by his stage name Funny Face has reportedly been arrested by the police at Kasoa for unlawful discharge of fireman. Funny face was dragged on the floor in the attempt of resisting an arrest by the Kasoa Police.
In a press briefing done by the police, DSPIrene Serwaa Sarpong said the comedian was arrested for being in an altercation with a pub owner which later Funny Face brought out a gun in which he fired a warning shot. The popular actor was arrested for unlawful discharge of fireman. She also added the pub owner has also been arrested for assault but they will be granted bail today.
