He sadly left this physical world on the 2nd of May 2020 at the Ridge hospital Accra, Ghana after he had suffered a Colon Cancer which became very critical leading to his untimely death. At a length, allegations from his family and some actors / actresses stirred up confusion in the Ghana Movie Industry.
Bishop's sudden demise threw Kumawood members and the country at large into a state of great shock after his was reported.
Few months to his death, Bishop Bernard Nyarko announced his resignation from the Movie Industry to enter into full time Ministry but he was unfortunately hit by some ailments leading to his untimely death.
It will be recalled that prior to his resignation from the Movie Industry, he made so many allegations about his colleagues. Also, after his death, a video of him preaching and telling the congregation how people abandoned him in his sickness.

Massive Donations (Cash)
Today, it has been reported that loved ones from all walk of life have converged at the funeral grounds to bid him farewell.
People are donating cash towards the funeral of the late Bishop. One will say the financial donations are not necessary because when Bishop was alive it was alleged that people disappointed him financially when he was sick and needed their help. A viral video after his death confirmed the allegations.
Attention and Care
Bishop needed their attention and care but most of his loved ones were no where to do that. This even made his mother looking at the disappointments took him to a coded place where some of his colleagues came to show some 'unnecessary' attention and care for the late Bishop on social media. Some are even doing it just for the cameras to day at the funeral grounds.
