Speaking on the main theme for discussing on the night, entertainment journalist Arnold Asamoah stated that Charter House organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards should be applauded because it is very difficult to even organize a birthday party more less an award show.

He continued that VGMA is 22 years and Charter House is well noted for their expert production but they lack that extra factor. He also applauded all artiste that mounted the VGMA platform saying they all bought their individual qualities on board.

He however added that after 22 years of awards scheme there is more room for improvement for organizers of VGMA Charter House. He explained his point that there is no award scheme which is telecast live and cameramen will be captured on the stage moving with their wires. “After 22 years and you are doing awards and cameramen are seen on the stage then there is more room for improvement” he said
