John Dumelo is a Ghanaian actor, farmer and politician who in the previous general election, contested for the position of Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayawaso West Wuogon but he could not make it to the finishing line.
On 1 April 2014 he emerged as the first Ghanaian to hit a million likes on Facebook. His parents are Mr. John Dumelo who was a Civil Engineer and Mrs. Antoinette Dumelo a Customs Officer.
He was born on February 3, 1984. He currently aged 38 years. He schooled at Achimota school before proceeding to Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) for further studies.
He had many nominations in his movie career this include; Africa Movie Academy Award for Most Promising Actor in 2010, Nollywood Movie Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role in 2012 among others. . .
