If You Had Asked Questions, You Wouldn’t Have Taken The Dr. UN Awards- Bridget Otoo Replies D-Black.

Bridget Otoo is a Ghanaian freelance journalist, media personality and public relations officer. She previously served in various capacities with TV3 Network Limited as a broadcaster and news anchor.

On Independence Day, she was trending all over Twitter due to her reaction to the president, Nana Addo’s tweet concerning the liberation of the nation from colonialism, which she questioned the president asking, “ you and who freed the nation”.

She received a lot of backlash from her fans as well as other celebrities such as D-Black who is a musician, who wrote on his Twitter page that, the media personality was being disrespectful.

This morning, Bridget replied his tweet, when D-Black replied a fan of Bridget that, he feels it’s a bit off to spend that to an elderly person, since he wasn’t raised like that. Since the person was trying to defend the comments of the media personality.

Bridget wrote on her Twitter page that, “you were raised not to question things, please not pass that tragedy to your daughter. Perhaps if you had asked questions, you wouldn’t had ended up at Dr. UN’s awards. Thank you”
