Wildlife Division to relocate businessman Cheddar's 2 tigers.

Ghanaian millionaire and businessman Nana Kwame Bediako who is popularly known as Cheddar has been keeping 2 tigers at his Wonderworld Estates premises. Residents of the estate have alleged that their safety is being compromised by the presence of the tigers. They have also alleged that someone has been injured before as a result of an attack by the tigers.

According to them, they have made several appeals to the owner of the estate to relocate the animals but they fell on deaf ears. They said the animals make a lot of noise and their poop smells a lot thereby causing a lot of uneasiness in the estate. Authorities of the Wildlife Division have reportedly stormed the area in a bid to relocate the animals to a more conducive atmosphere. According to the business mogul, he has no intentions of harming the residents of his estate. He said the main reason he bought the tigers was for tourism purposes and he imported them after going through all the required processes.

The question I want to ask is if indeed he bought the animals for tourism purposes, why keep them in his house? Some have also argued that we don't have a proper zoo in the country that will take good care of the animals. Even the existing animals in the national zoo, how are they taken care of? They should leave the man alone.
