Highly esteemed lawyer and president of IMANI Center For Policy And Education Think Tank Kofi Bentil has questioned where the deities were when our water bodies are being destroyed everyday to the worst state.
According to Kofi Bentil, those who cannot bless cannot curse hence if the deities were there, they would have not allowed Africans to be colonized. He categorically stated that the deities could not have allowed our ancestors to be enslaved and watch our water bodies polluted every day by Galamsey
He questioned whether the deities are serious at all because after taking many schnapps and goats they still could not do anything for Africans.
"If we Africans had serious powers we would not have been enslaved and colonized, and our rivers won’t be polluted.
Are the deities serious? After all the schnapps and goats what have they done for us?" He said
