The rate at which people are dying this month of July is unbearable. Most people die of electric shocks and others too die prematurely. Most of them are also killed by robbers, family members and other bad people in the society. Most of these death cases is caused by accident.
Just last night, Andy Korankye was shot dead by his friend Francis Akwasi Takyi when they went on a hunting expedition in the forest at Wassa Esaamang. This sad incident happened last night in the Wassa East District of the Western Region of Ghana.
According to reports, the two hunters trekked for almost the whole night without finding any animal to shoot, so Ampofo, who was very tired, rested on some lying dead wood while Akwasi was still searching for at least one animal to compensate for his own. In the process, Akwasi located a light, thinking that it was an antelope, so he set his gun and positioned himself appropriately to get an accurate target. Unfortunately, Akwasi shot his friend Andy to death.
