Hair Health

Best homemade hair conditioner to boost hair growth.

Before I start to talk about how this homemade hair conditioner is made, I would first talk a little about the ingredients needed for this massive hair booster conditioner. Do not worry, the ingredients are not many and they are not difficult to come by and they are also quite affordable.

The first ingredient to talk about is avocado. Avocado is good for the skin, hair and also for our health. Avocado contains biotin which when added to the diet, can help hair grow more healthily. Avocado contains magnesium and potassium which helps to seal the cuticle cells leading to smooth and shiny hair. It contains vitamin E, C and A which are all essential for shiny and smooth hair.

The next on the list is Aloe Vera. It has anti-inflammatory properties which soothe itchy scalp caused by dandruff. Aloe Vera contains vitamins A, C, E, B12 and folic acid which all prevent the hair from damage. Aloe Vera has a moisturizing effect on the hair. Enzymes and fatty acids in it reduce inflammation.

And the final ingredient is banana. It can give your hair a boost in texture, thickness and shine. Banana contains an essential element known as silica which helps the body to produce collagen which may make your hair stronger and thicker. Banana equally has antimicrobial properties which heal the frizzy and dry scalp.

Now delving right into how this hair conditioner is made, here are the things you will be needing for this recipe. Aloe vera, banana, pear, essential oils. Also, there should be a blender, a bowl and a spoon. Peel both the avocado and banana and put them in a bowl. Take three or more of the Aloe Vera leaves wash them and cut their edges.

Use the knife to peel off the green covering leaving behind the gel part. Put the avocado and banana in the blender and add the Aloe Vera gel to it then follow it with a small amount of water and blend them. Afterwards pour it out into your bowl, add you're essential oils to it and a little fragrance which is by choice.
