Shyngle had her six ribs removed in order to make her seem more model-like. People who attempt this procedure may die as a result of its extreme severity. The woman stunned the world. 
As a girl in Ghana, shynngle didn’t feel like she fit in, so she moved to the U.S. to start her transformation. She searched far and wide for a doctor willing to remove her ribs. As you can imagine, there is some pain associated with the procedure, but it didn’t phase her.
As a girl would you go this extreme to look more beautiful and have the perfect body you wish for. This girl had to achieve her dream shape by removing six ribs from her body. That was the price she paid for her beautiful shape. Truly she's paragon of beauty and her shape fits her.
